World Book Day

The children absolutely loved dressing up for World Book Day yesterday. They could talk about their costumes and what adjectives they were. We had sporty, sleepy, hungry, pretty and lots, lots more! The children all wrote in a book and were able to share their stories with other children in the school in our afternoon Worship.

This week we have also been learning about Lent. The children thought hard about what they want to give up for Lent. Here are their suggestions:

Miss Lambart - chocolate cake

Oliver - playing too many games

Megan - using James’ tablet

Michaela - using the tablet

Miles - eating tic tacs

Buddy - eating sweets

Dario - playing Octobots all the time and kitkats and milk chocolate

Marley - eating too much chocolate cake and chocolates

Olivia - eating chocolate cake

Elijah - playing games

Luca - eating lots of chocolate like milkybars

Mihail - eating chocolate

Oscar - playing tablet

Alfie - playing iPad

Bella - playing games on iPad

Emelia - eating chocolate

Eli - eating chocolate bars like kit kats

Ashley - eating chocolate

Rachel - eating ice cream

Barnaby - eating sweets

Emilia - eating cake

Magda - eating pancakes
