Smiling, Caring and Learning Together on a Journey with God
This week started with a trip to St Wilfrid's Church to celebrate Harvest. We walked to Church and performed our song all about the things we grow to harvest. We took along, and donated, food for those that aren't as fortunate as us.
We made a start to our geography learning and discussed the meaning of physical and human features. We then went outside to look at the different features within our school grounds. Today we then recapped this learning and thought about the differences between a town and the countryside and talked about why towns are more built up.
In English this week we have been trying to perfect our writing by ensuring we use capital letters and full stops in every sentence we write. By Friday Miss Holmes was very impressed with our writing skills!
We are very excited to be back in Hazel classroom with our lovely new windows!
