This week has been incredibly exciting!

On Monday we started the day with our terrific take-off. We received an email to tell us an event had occurred in the outside area and that we were able to see the scene but could not cross the line. We headed outside to see a crash site of a rocket that we thought might have come from space. We wondered who it might belong to!

Then Monday afternoon we had our secret storyteller arrive and this week it was Noah's dad. He read us Zog and the flying doctors as he works as a nurse. He then spoke to us all about his role in the hospital and what he enjoys about his job. We loved having him visit us in class and would love some more secret story tellers!

On Wednesday we then had Christine Chambers visit us, who is a local author and wrote the book Red Fox Does What? Surely Not! She shared the book with us and then spoke to us about the process of writing, illustrating and publishing a book, which took her a whole year! She then kindly left us each a bookmark to keep.
