Smiling, Caring and Learning Together on a Journey with God
Tin Forest stories, maps, EAD afternoon
This week has been another busy one in Chestnut Class. Read on to find out more about what we have been up to...
This week we have been writing our own versions of The Tin Forest. Some of us used guidelines and plain paper to publish our story. We had to think carefully about the layout of our work.
In Geography we have been looking for human and physical geographical features of our school grounds. We have put this information onto a map.
On Wednesday afternoon we had a brilliant time, learning lots of new skills. Some of us made bird feeders, using cheerios and seeds into different containers. We took them home for the birds. We made sun catchers using leaves and sticky back plastic. We made story stones using paint and stones.
