Nyewood CE Infant School
Smiling, Caring and Learning Together on a Journey with God
It's the end of the half term....
Quizzes, growing beans, painting rocks and drawing what God looks like...
It has been a fantastically busy half term. We have worked hard on all our quizzes and shown our skills in lots of ways.
In Science, we have been planting and watering our bean plants. We have been working in groups to water them at different times during the week. They have started to grow very quickly in the last few days. Group A's is currently the tallest. Will this stay the same?
Some teacher training students from Chichester University came in to help build our new Quiet Area outside Chestnut Class. We have been painting rocks using different colours to reflect the sunlight and make the garden look beautiful.
In RE we were busy thinking about forgiveness and how we show this to other people at school and at home. We also drew what we thought God might look like and displayed our pictures in the Big Book and on our Worship display.
We are very ready for half term and the second half of the summer term - our last at Nyewood C E Infant School.
