This week we had an exciting visit from the fire brigade. They talked to us all about fire safety, hot and cold objects and their role. They told us all of the things they help people with other than putting out fires. We then watched how quickly they change their clothes and leave the fire station to get to an emergency. We then headed outside and explored the fire engine. We looked closely at all of the tools they have on board. We then got to climb onto the truck and look inside. Our favourite part was getting to spray the hose across the playground!
