Smiling, Caring and Learning Together on a Journey with God

World Book Week

We celebrated a whole week of books this week...

On Monday, we enjoyed dressing up in our book character costumes. Thank you to the parents and carers for making such a brilliant effort with this!

In maths, we have been reading the text 'One is a snail' and have loved doing lots of mathematics problems linked to this book.

We shared our 'book plates' in worship today and now they are all up on display in our school hall for everyone to see. They look amazing! Again, thank you to the parents and carers for their help with these.

Also this week, we had our 'Woodland Wednesday'. We planted some daffodils and also made some seed bombs, which we took home today.

Finally, we planted a sycamore tree today in our school grounds. We are hopeful this will survive and grow for many years to come.

A reminder that it is our class worship on Tuesday 11th March at 9.15am. Please come to the office, where you will be let into our school hall for this. We hope you can make it!
