This week we had a visit from an author, Christine Chambers, and she read her book to us 'Red Fox Does What? Surely Not!' It was exciting to have an author come to see us and inspire us in our story telling and writing.

We have learnt 5 more sounds this week in Phonics - oa (as in goat), oo (as in zoom), oo (as in book), ar (as in dark) and or (as in born). 

In maths we have been practising recognising and ordering numbers to 10, and saying how we know which one would be next.
